Chef Laura is Fantastic. She cooked delicious non inflammatory meals for us during our vacation in Cruz de Huanacaxtle in April 2023. Excellent chef! She and her team member were spectacular to work with. They cooked a beautiful four-course meal to meet all of our dietary restrictions.
